ABOUT ME

I have been in the tech industry for over 20 years, holding ground-floor, key roles at high-profile companies including Vendasta and SkipTheDishes, where I built the MVP, established the first tech team, and helped carry the company through a $200M+ exit.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of roles, including software engineer, tech lead, product owner, project manager, CTO, company executive, founder, co-founder, investor, advisor, board member, and more. This breadth of experience allows me to operate effectively at both the technical and strategic levels.

I currently serve as a Fractional CTO for multiple startups, advising founders, mentoring technical leaders and engineering teams, and providing strategic guidance on technology, product decisions, and team growth. My work often includes helping non-technical founders navigate complex decisions, supporting CTOs, and establishing scalable approaches to building and evolving products.

Through Lion Mentorship, I support startups and also serve as an Expert in Residence in numerous incubators and accelerators across North America. I regularly help companies grow and turn ideas into real, working products.
